Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Area Supervisor to manage the Lemon Square Bakery Treats retail stores.

Key Responsibility Area:

• Customer Satisfaction
• Store Operations Management
• Inventory and Forecasting Management

AREA SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day operations of different branches.
• Able to handle multiple stores, can do inventory, forecasting, ordering, and reports.
• Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitor shelf stocks, product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Investigate market trends and offer products that would appeal to customers.
• Address customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenues, expenses, stocks, and product movement, and generate corresponding Management Reports.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Hospitality Management, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Customer-oriented with above-average communication skills.
• Skills in both management and administration to lead a team, allocate resources, and make intelligent decisions to improve the profitability of the store.
• Good time management and organization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in business presentation and management reports.
• Passionate about Food Service.
• At least one (1) year minimum experience as an Area Supervisor or Cluster Manager in the food industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
