Job Description
Job Purpose: The Area Supervisor oversees multiple store operations within Gadgets Zone, providing leadership to Officer-in-Charges (OICs) to ensure efficiency, policy compliance, and operational goals.
Job Summary: You will supervise OICs, manage inventory, enforce company standards, and optimize store performance. This role is crucial in bridging store management teams with upper management and ensuring operational excellence.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Retail management training preferred
- Experience in retail management, overseeing multiple locations
- Proven inventory management experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
