Job Description
Join OPPO Philippines (MZTC HQ) as an Area Supervisor! In this role, you will be responsible for client servicing, acquisition, and management. You will build sales through prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships, while ensuring adherence to our standards and policies.
Your responsibilities include monitoring promoter performance, suggesting programs to meet targets, performing store visits, and handling ad-hoc tasks. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, along with sales knowledge, strong leadership, and communication skills. Fieldwork is essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month, along with benefits like paid training and transportation services.
