Job Description
Premier Southern Petroleum Corporation is currently seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to manage retail stations within an assigned region. The successful candidate will be tasked with achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with all brand policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all retail stations to ensure efficiency.
- Drive profitability and maintain operational excellence.
- Foster strong relationships with the Brand’s regional team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
