Job Description
Area Supervisor is responsible for achieving the sales/volume forecast, ensuring compliance with brand’s policies and requirements, and performance of Station OICs for the retail stations within the area of jurisdiction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all stations are operating in normal condition;
- Maintain a profitable operation of stations;
- Generate new accounts and maintain existing accounts;
- Maintain a good partnership with the Brand’s RTM for a particular site/station;
- Guarantee that our service station must be rated 100% on all Incentive Program of the brand.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business Course;
- With at least three (3) years experience in the same or related industry in a supervisory capacity;
- Can drive four-wheel vehicles and with a valid Driver’s License;
- Willing to do heavy fieldwork;
- Extensive computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, POS, and SAP System;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- With keen attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and time management.
