Job Description
RePhil Station Inc. is seeking a dedicated Area Supervisor to oversee Station Operations at assigned locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong People Management experience and a background in the Retail or Petroleum industry. Responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales targets while ensuring product quality and availability.
- Maintaining compliance with receiving guidelines and security measures.
- Practicing excellent customer service to lead by example for subordinates.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization in both forecourt areas and office spaces.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and be capable of working an 8-hour shift. This is a full-time position.
