Job Description
- Train employees in job duties for smooth operations.
- Interview and recruit candidates as needed.
- Maintain attendance records and leave reports.
- Implement new policies to meet business goals.
- Manage performance evaluation and appraisals.
- Create a positive working environment.
- Identify and solve work-related problems.
- Drive continuous improvement in procedures and technology.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
