Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Area Supervisor to oversee the acquisition of new branches, including BreadTalk SM Dasmariñas, SM Trece Martires, SM Sta. Rosa, Laguna, and Solenad 3 Nuvali. Your responsibilities will include developing existing stores, inspiring staff to boost sales, and evaluating their performance. You will address challenges in underperforming locations, coach employees, and set sales and financial targets.
Additionally, you will monitor store compliance with company standards, facilitate team meetings, and manage marketing efforts within your area. The role offers a full-time schedule with a 10-hour shift, and benefits include paid training and a 13th month salary.
