Job Description:
Your role is to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls/emails from customers.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; expediting correction or adjustment.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
- Provide accurate information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures and policies.
- Engage customers and go the extra mile.
