Responsibilities:
- Research and schedule speaking opportunities for Estate Planning.
- Schedule intake calls and planning sessions.
- Automate email communications to clients.
- Manage client data entry in CRM (Clio).
- Perform follow-up communications with clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Estate Planning.
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.
- 1 year as a Virtual Assistant.
- Willing to work on-site (Parañaque) and night shifts.
