Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular visits to assigned client sites to check members’ status and concerns.
– Address on-site client concerns.
– Monitor new, active, and inactive members per client, submitting periodic reports to the Member Records through the ASM.
– Prepare deductions summary for submission to accounting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year business course.
– At least 6 months of experience in client & employee relations management.
– Computer-literate with good communication skills.
– Preferably with own motorcycle and valid driver’s license.
– Willing to perform fieldwork.
