Job Description
A qualified candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
1. In charge of producing plans, designs, and estimates for the homeowners/clients;
2. Review plans and layouts submitted by the homeowners;
3. Knowledgeable in construction methodologies, read blueprints, and understands technical aspects of construction;
4. Responsible for assessing the technical proposals if within the company standards.
5. Collaborate effectively with the team, clients, and other departments.
6. Capable of clearly communicating the information to the developer and clients/homeowners;
7. Ensures that commitments and targets are being met within the deadline period;
8. Prepares technical documents, such as incident reports, memos, and request letters;
9. Knowledgeable with the existing laws, issuance, and regulations in the local and national Building Code of the Philippines;
10. Attends meetings with the developers, clients, or homeowners to discuss and resolve issues.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by his/her immediate superior.
