Job Description
Role Overview:
- Assist in managing IT Assets throughout their operating life.
- Ensure IT assets remain productive and cost-efficient despite depreciation.
- Maintain strong relationships with departments like EUC and Supply Chain.
- Maximize unused IT hardware assets for better ROI.
- Manage records and databases of IT hardware and their lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- ServiceNow ticket management experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
