Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Asset Management Assistant to join our team. As an Asset Management Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the asset management department. This includes assisting in the maintenance and monitoring of our assets, conducting research on market trends, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of our assets, including data entry and documentation.
- Conduct research on market conditions and trends to provide insights for asset management strategies.
- Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth asset management operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in asset management or finance is a plus.
