Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE: Provides effective leadership to the Technical Services-Asset Management Section in delivering a systematic integration of advanced and sustainable management techniques with primary focus on the long-term life cycle of the company’s assets and its continuous performance and providing GIS-based asset information for planning, analyses, and effective decision making by taking into consideration its regulatory, financial, technical, and legal implications.
DELIVERABLES:
- 100% Asset Management Programs, Policies, Plans, and Processes/Procedures
- Yearly Asset Condition Report
- Asset Management Plans
- Updated and accessible GIS online
- Real Property Tax updated
- Other asset-related programs (eg. Water meter tagging, etc.)
- 100% Accurate and up-to-date Asset Information Systems Management in the GIS
- Technology Innovations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree holder preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Facility Asset Management either in the Water/ Used Water/ Power
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Linear Asset Management using GIS (ArcGIS Arcmap/ ArcGIS Pro/ Online)
- Familiarity in ISO 5500/01/02 is a plus
- Strong coordination and integration skills
- Willing to travel
- Proficient in MS Application
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php60,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
