Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join our team. As the Asset Manager for our Asia division, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and performance of the company’s assets in various Asian markets.
Your main role will involve developing and implementing asset management strategies, as well as conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal performance and return on investment. You will also collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to identify potential investment opportunities and create value for our portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute asset management strategies for the Asia division
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of assets to optimize performance
- Identify and pursue investment opportunities to enhance portfolio value
- Monitor market trends and conduct feasibility studies for potential projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve investment objectives
