Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Asset Supervisor for Construction Equipment at Dragonhart Construction Enterprise Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our construction equipment fleet, ensuring efficiency and reliability in operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of construction equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and increase operational efficiency.
- Evaluate equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage inventory and procurement processes for replacement parts.
- Train and mentor equipment operators.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in supervising construction equipment.
