The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, including Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud. We analyze operational KPIs regionally, conduct root cause analysis, and aim for operational excellence.
- Provide administrative support for effective office operation
- Monitor daily SOC personnel attendance and coordinate with agencies
- Handle queries, meetings, and visitors
- Carry out administrative tasks like filing, typing, and more
- Maintain equipment, supplies inventory, and support team efforts
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Prior experience in Warehouse, E-commerce, or Logistics preferred
- Effective collaboration, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS and Google Applications
