Responsible for implementing comprehensive training plans to enhance dealership sales personnel skills, focusing on sales skills and product orientation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Social Science or business course
- 5+ years as an auto sales trainer
- Strong sales background
- Experience in all phases of training
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
Schedule: Day shift
Location: Canlubang, Laguna (commuting or relocation preferred).
