Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with our head baker and pastry chefs to prepare a variety of baked goods.
- Production Assistance: Assist in mixing, shaping, and baking dough for bread, pastries, and other treats.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Help manage ingredient stock, track expiry dates, and request restocking as needed.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized baking area, following health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Baking: A genuine love for baking and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Basic Skills: Familiarity with baking techniques, measurements, and equipment.
