Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
- Prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
- Preparing items for various cooking methods by portioning, seasoning, and marinating.
- Assisting in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience as an assistant cook.
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits:
- Staff meals provided.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday including weekends.
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary.
