Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Document Controller to join the prestigious Hann Casino Resort. In this vital role, you will oversee the management of all incoming and outgoing departmental documents, ensuring they are carefully monitored, logged, stored, and disposed of in an efficient manner.
Your responsibilities will include filing design drawings and coordinating document transfers with team members and other departments. We prefer candidates who are graduates with at least one year of administrative experience, particularly in the construction field, and who are familiar with ACONEX and Microsoft Office applications.
This full-time position offers a 24-month contract with benefits, including health insurance and opportunities for advancement.
