Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Drilling Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the drilling manager in planning, coordinating, and executing drilling operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in developing drilling plans and procedures
- Coordinating logistics and resources needed for drilling projects
- Managing drilling crews and ensuring safety compliance
- Monitoring drilling operations and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling operations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are also required.
