Job Description
- Preparation of tax payments including schedules and attachments.
- Filing of various BIR returns and remittances through BIR Electronic Filing Payment System (EFPS).
- Preparation of the following: quarterly certificates of creditable tax withheld at source, alphabetical list for expanded withholding taxes, and relief for Summary List of Sales and Purchases (SLSP).
- Responsible for the preparation and updating of books of accounts posted daily accounting transactions to Sage and manual BIR books of Accounts, to be subsequently submitted to BIR.
- Weekly preparation of cash flows report, receivables and payables.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory reports and government filings and payments.
- Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly and ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner.
- Processed company documentation, such as invoices and payment checks, Official Receipt to customers.
- Preparation of sales journals and general journals to record sales and liquidations, bank reconciliations.
- Preparation of financial statements and Income Tax Return and handle petty cash fund, prepares summary for replenishment.
- Other duties and deliverables that may be assigned.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any related course required.
- Must be multi-tasking, organized, flexible, and pro-active.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Can handle a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
