Job Description
We are seeking an outgoing, organized production assistant to handle HR outreach for talents like booking guests and forging win-win connections with businesses. This role represents the external face of our growing media company through networking, calls and emails, and chat communication.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to influencers and other potential guests to feature on our YouTube channels
- Scout and book relevant, interesting guests for podcast interviews
- Research brands and businesses to identify sponsorship opportunities
- Manage incoming communication via email, social media, and ChatGPT
- Prepare call sheets and other production documents
- Organize paperwork, files, contracts, and scheduling documents
Requirements:
- High school degree; additional film & media training is appreciated
- At least 1 year experience in film/TV production, advertising, or events planning is appreciated
- Fearless self-starter who thrives on networking with new people
- Persuasive verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in MS Office and with AI writing tools is a plus
