Job Description
Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of Global Eco Link Development Corporation (GELDC). Key responsibilities include planning meetings, training, and motivating staff, implementing safety procedures, writing reports, maintaining a good relationship with clients, and anticipating business needs. The AGM will review business results, including profitability, and plan for continued improvement. The AGM supports the selection and development of all employees as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tasks such as schedule generation, day-to-day oversight of company procedures and operations, and some disciplinary actions.
- Coordinating, directing, and planning everyday business operations.
- Supervise employees, making sure they follow regulations and meet standards of all departments.
- Monitor and analyze business processes and results to profitably achieve target goals.
- Analyze results and trends and prepare action plans to leverage the department’s strengths and address areas of opportunity.
- Ensure the execution of all action plans.
- Look over financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Work to realize financial objectives by motivating staff and implementing marketing strategies.
- Engage in opportunities that can add to overall workplace accomplishments.
- Entails some administrative duties, training new employees, and leading team meetings and group training sessions.
- AGM oversees the HR & Admin department, which includes Manpower Pooling, Hiring, Training, Evaluation, Rewarding, Retention & Separation.
