Job Description
Join our team at The Real American Doughnut Company as an Assistant General Manager! We are seeking a dedicated individual with a 4-year degree in management, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Store or Restaurant Manager.
Your main responsibilities will include overseeing daily technical and production-related store activities, as well as assisting with sales and manpower management for store shift operations.
This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor’s degree and a strong background in food service and managerial roles.
