Job Description
The Assistant Hospital Administrator supports the Hospital Administrator in overseeing the daily operations of the hospital. This role involves managing administrative functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and contributing to strategic planning efforts.
The Assistant Hospital Administrator will work closely with medical staff, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient hospital operations and high-quality patient care.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field with Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA)
- 2-3 years of experience in hospital administration or a similar managerial role in a healthcare setting
- Proven experience in managing teams, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
SALARY RANGE: 60k to 70k BENEFITS:
