Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Assistant HR – General Affairs. In this role, you will provide support to the HR department in various administrative tasks and assist with general affairs activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.
- Maintain employee records and update the HR database.
- Coordinate orientation programs for new hires and ensure smooth onboarding process.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR team in organizing training and development programs.
- Assist with the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
