Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Internal Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the internal accounting processes and assisting with financial reporting tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Review and reconcile financial data
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Prepare documentation for external audits
- Assist in the maintenance of the general ledger
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
