Job Description
Our company, Habitual Foods, Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Kitchen Manager. As the Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities of the Assistant Kitchen Manager include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, contributing to menu planning, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a similar role, strong culinary skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proven organizational and time management skills are also essential for success in this role.
