Job Description
Are you passionate about the culinary arts and looking to advance your career in a dynamic kitchen environment? We are currently seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and safety standards, and manage kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a background in food preparation and production.
Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing kitchen procedures, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Prior experience in a similar role and a culinary degree are preferred but not required.
