Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Legal Compliance Officer to maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; professional license preferred; minimum 3 years’ experience in legal compliance; strong analytical and legal research abilities; effective project and time management; strict confidentiality and precise recordkeeping.
- Duties: monitor and renew property insurance, business permits, and BIR documents; file BIR e-sales; organize and maintain contracts; evaluate operations for compliance risks and prepare reports; perform tasks as assigned by management.
