Job Description
The Assistant Linehaul Coordinator at Ninja Van supervises warehouse team leads for smooth operations in inbound, outbound, and staging areas. Responsibilities include managing equipment, ops funds, and manpower. Duties involve dispersing PCF, monitoring attendance, inspecting equipment, creating reports, and enforcing SOP compliance. Qualifications: vocational or high school graduation, warehousing & logistics experience, strong people management skills, and policy compliance. Candidates must be comfortable in a warehouse setting and proficient in data analysis.
Main Duties:
- Disperse PCF to drivers/driver aides
- Monitor attendance of WH manpower
- Inspect functionality of WH equipment
- Create daily reports for costs, shipments, and ops
- Update MM department on status of staging
- Implement and sustain 5S standards during shift
- Ensure SOP compliance of team leads and warehouse staff
Qualifications:
- Vocational or Highschool Graduate
- With experience in warehousing and logistics
- Strong people management skills, specifically for blue-collar workers
- Strict and able to ensure policy and SOP compliance
- Can read and understand data
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
