Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Category Data Analyst to enhance category performance through actionable, data-driven insights. The role will lead analysis of assortment, pricing, promotions, and sales trends; develop dashboards and forecasts; and partner closely with merchandising, marketing, and supply teams to inform commercial decisions.
- Minimum 3 years in retail analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; advanced Excel; experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field preferred
