Job Description
As an Assistant Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s financial planning and analysis activities. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to develop and maintain financial models, provide insights on performance metrics, and support strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and conducting variance analysis to identify trends and areas of improvement. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP software)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
