Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to oversee our hotel systems department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our hotel’s technology infrastructure, including reservation systems, property management systems, and guest service applications.
As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel systems. Your responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing updates or enhancements as needed. You will also be responsible for training and supporting the hotel staff in utilizing these systems effectively.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of hotel operations and a solid background in IT. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial, as is the ability to adapt to an ever-evolving technological landscape.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality technology, with a focus on hotel systems.
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems, property management systems (PMS), and guest service applications.
- Familiarity with networking, database management, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
