Job Description
As an Assistant Manager in Learning and Development, you will play a key role in supporting the training and development initiatives of the organization. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordinating, and implementing various learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
Your duties will include identifying training needs, designing training modules, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, you will work closely with senior managers to establish learning goals and ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
