Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to oversee daily operational activities, optimize workflows, and ensure consistent service delivery. The role includes supervising front-line teams, implementing and enforcing SOPs, monitoring KPIs, managing vendor relationships, coordinating cross-functional projects, controlling operational budgets, and preparing performance reports for senior management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in operations or logistics.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities; proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and capacity to perform under pressure.
