Job Description
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for our Partner-led Retail division. This position will be responsible for supporting the retail team and helping to drive sales and operational excellence.
The primary duties include:
- Assisting the Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Working closely with the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Training and developing staff members to ensure a high level of customer service and product knowledge.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinating promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A strong understanding of the retail industry and current market trends.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
