Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Data Transformation & Visualization: Employ data transformation and visualization tools to create comprehensive reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings and support business objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Manage and analyze large datasets to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address business challenges, optimize processes, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Proactive Engagement: Anticipate business needs and respond with innovative and efficient data solutions.
- Communication: Clearly articulate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
Experience:
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, particularly with large datasets. Familiarity with Provider Network Management is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficient in data transformation and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
