Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Steward. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the stewarding department, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in stewarding or a related field is preferred.
Key responsibilities include managing inventory, training stewarding staff, and maintaining hygiene standards. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
