Job Description
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
- Manage sourcing recruitment process across all levels within multiple business units.
- Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies.
- Work closely with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with company goals.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sourcing strategy.
- Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven recruitment specialist with project management experience.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media for recruitment.
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
