Job Description
Grand Hyatt Manila is currently looking for a highly experienced Assistant Manager for The Cellar. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests while assisting the F&B management team in daily operations. Your duties will also include selecting, developing, and managing the performance of employees.
In this role, you will provide strong leadership support to the team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative duties and daily reporting. Additionally, you will guide associates through their daily routines and interact with customers to provide a unique Grand Hyatt experience.
