Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the manager in daily operations and also conducting training sessions for new employees.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for developing and mentoring team members.
Your main duties will include overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing training programs, and ensuring that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
