Job Description
As an Assistant Manager of Workforce Planning, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our workforce to meet the demands of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective strategies for staffing and scheduling to ensure optimum productivity and a smooth workflow.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include analyzing historical data, forecasting labor requirements, and developing staffing plans that align with business objectives.
