Job Description
- Maintaining strong overall quality control of services adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation
- Oversee operational activities at every level of an organization
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans
- Responsible for start-up costing and wage adjustment costing
- Communicate customer issues with operations team.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or any related course
- With 3 – 5 years of working experience in the same field
- Skills in handling daily operations and client needs
- Experience in a SERVICE CONTRACTOR, MANPOWER AGENCY, or related field
- Willingness to do client visits daily
- Strong leadership skills
