The key responsibilities of an Assistant Production Manager include:
- Oversee daily operations of the production process
- Develop and implement production schedules
- Monitor production standards and ensure quality output
- Manage and motivate production staff
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
To be successful for this role, the candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in production management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Willing to work in Manila/Quezon City
