Job Description
Viva International Food and Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a driven and seasoned Assistant Production Supervisor to manage daily operations at our commissary. The ideal candidate will oversee production schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily production activities.
- Planning and evaluating production employees’ performance.
- Ensuring HACCP and safety compliance.
- Monitoring production processes for quality assurance.
- Managing inventory levels.
Qualifications: Experience in production, bakery experience preferred, and availability to start ASAP. Must be willing to work in Quezon City and on weekends.
