Job Description
- Prepare BQ and cost all quantities for approval by Unit Head.
- Maintain, monitor, and update Cost Data Bank with awarded costs.
- Perform detailed measurement take-offs.
- Obtain accurate Quantity take-off as assigned.
- Input quantities in Bill of Quantities prepared by Project Lead.
- Coordinate with subcontractor/s for proposals.
- Handle Change Orders and project memos.
- Prepare site measurements and % accomplishment reports.
- Check completeness of Operating Budget attachments.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders for clarifications.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract Length: 6 months
Salary: Up to Php23,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree
Relocation: Required to relocate to Makati City before starting work
